The first major industry approved event for the caravan and lifestyle industry in 2021 opens on Friday 12th February at the Redcliffe Showgrounds under an approved Covid Safe Plan. Over 150 exhibitors will showcase the very latest in camper trailers, caravans, motorhomes, four wheel drives, and in fact everything anyone could possibly need for their next adventure holiday.

The Redcliffe Showgrounds is the host venue for this mega event and is booked to full capacity with over 40 different brands of caravans, more than 30 brands of camper trailers, new release four wheel drives, boats, tinnies, camping gear and off road accessories. There is over $10,000 in prizes to be won including a brand new boat from Southern Fish Marine which is sure to attract a lot of interest.

A variety of entertainment will provide enjoyable breaks for visitors including Ron Wilson, aka “Kingbrown”, who is one of Australia’s most experienced camp oven cooks. The 4×4 Offroad Track and the Berkley Supertank fishing show round out an action packed program.

As part of the Covid Safe Event Plan tickets need to be pre-purchased via the event web site but that also delivers some excellent benefits. Firstly there is no need to complete contact tracing forms at the entrance; you simply scan your ticket barcode at the gate for express entry. On top of that, the barcode on your ticket also allows you to scan in to win some fantastic prizes with the main prize being a brand new boating package worth over ten thousand dollars thanks to locally based boating specialist, Southern Fish Marine.

Even though kids are FREE when attending the event with adults, they also need to fill out a ticket registration form via the website but this also entitles them to enter into the prize draws.

Adults are $12, Seniors $10 and children with parents are free but all must register on the website to receive the QR code. Visitors are scanned in to the event on arrival and are scanned out when they leave. This completes the contact tracing requirements of the Health Department and this process plus other initiatives on site helps to keep everyone safe.
