Moreton Bay Regional Council Elections 2020 every division candidates List

The Moreton Bay Region in 2020 will experience significant changes at a local government level, which includes the new electoral boundaries.

There are a handful of guaranteed changes in representation, with some sitting councillors being stood down, retiring or running for mayor, leaving their divisional seat up for grabs.

To find out which division you are in, visit the Electoral Commission Queensland.

Here is the list by order of Division so far  of the candidates confirming they will contest the 2020 local government election on March 28.

Of note only Div 7 Denise Sims and Div 10 Matt Constance are unopposed and will be returned to council in 2020, while in all other divisions it will be up to voters to choose their representative on voting day.

Heading each Division starts with a link of the new electoral boundary maps (which will open in a new tab for you ) as revised by the Electoral Commission of Queensland.

For each candidate we have a special new service to allow those candidates serious about getting their message out there called Policast.  This service has already been utilised by some candidates and we will include links as they become available.

So far 16 of the 38 Candidates have taken advantage of this unique service.

All the candidates are listed and includes if they are part of an alliance and if they are an incumbent, as well we  have included the Facebook - Website - Email - Message links for each candidate where possible and a photo, please note: any links will open in a new tab.
