Veterans and the broader community will commemorate Remembrance Day on Monday, November 11.

Here is a list of local services to pay your respects.

Caboolture: Caboolture-Morayfield RSL Sub Branch service which includes the reconsecration of the war memorial will start at 10.40am on November 11 at the Caboolture Town Square.

Redcliffe: Anzac Place, Redcliffe Pde, Redcliffe, at 10.45am.

Burpengary War Memorial, Progress Rd, Burpengary. Service, at 10.30am.

Morayfield Shopping Centre, Centre Atrium, 10.40am.

Deception Bay: Deception Bay War Memorial, Bailey Rd, Deception Bay, 10.45am.

Kallangur: Pine Rivers RSLsub-branch Memorial Gardens at Norths Leagues and Services Club, Anzac Ave. Service 10.25am. Two minutes silence 11am. Guest speaker Ray Deed, the man behind the MIA plaque.

Dayboro: Service at World War I Cenotaph, Roderick Cruice Park at 10.40am.

Samford: Samford RSL service at Memorial Park, cnr Main and Progress Streets, 10.30am.

Bray Park: Bray Park-Strathpine sub-branch service 10.25am, Memorial Garden, Pine Rivers Memorial Bowls Club.

Woodford: The Woodford RSL Sub Branch’s service is at Memorial Park, Woodford, at 10.45am.

Bribie Island: Bribie Island RSL Sub Branch’s ceremony is at Toorbul St, Bongaree, at 10.45am.

Beachmere: The Beachmere RSL Sub Branch’s service is at Clayton Park in Moreton Tce, Beachmere, at 10.45am and will be followed by refreshments at Club Beachmere.

Wamuran: A service will be held at Wamuran National Servicemen’s Memorial Park at Archer Street 10.45am.
