Caravan Compliance supports Fatality Free Friday

Caravan Compliance on Friday, May 31, supporting Fatality Free Friday saw over 60 caravans come to be inspected and weighed for compliance to ensure they are safe on the road.

Attendees were seeking education and advice on how to ensure their caravan and car were compliant before heading off on their trips all over Australia.

Engineers, compliance officers, the Department of Transport and Main Roads, Caravanning Queensland and police officers from the Moreton District Crime Prevention Unit were on hand to provide all manner of advice relating to travelling, safety, security, outback road safety and much more!

The road safety car was soon covered in pledges!

Drivers made their pledge to Fatality Free Friday by signing their message on the road safety car, making their commitment to road safety.
