Gambling Benefit Funding Round Closing Soon in Pumicestone Electorate
Member for Pumicestone, Simone Wilson is urging all not-for profit groups to get their applications in for the next round of the Gambling Community Benefit Fund, which closes on 31 May.
“This is a fantastic opportunity for our local community organisations to get a share of funding to support the vital work they do in our community,” Ms Wilson said.
“Not-for-profit groups can apply for a grant ranging between $500 and $35,000 and this is a big boost for these services with far reaching affects across the electorate.”
Applications for Round 97 of the Gambling Community Benefit Fund close on 31 May so don’t delay. Further information can be found at www.justice.qld.gov.au.
Ms Wilson said that her electorate office is able to provide support to local groups in accessing the required application and completing the form.
“I am also very pleased to get behind our wonderful community groups in Pumicestone with letters of support”.
