Caboolture Sports Club wins BIG at state awards Congratulations
Caboolture Sports Club last night proved too good at the Keno & Clubs Queensland Awards for Excellence, blitzing its competition to take home a massive five awards, including the award for Best Club Brisbane North.
Over 1100 guests from across the State attended the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre event to see Caboolture Sports Club take home multiple awards, including:
• Best Club Redevelopment (under $1M)
• Best Multi-Sports Club
• Best Community Service by a Licensed Club
• Best Entertainment Venue, and
• Best Club Brisbane North.
Caboolture Sports Club has been acknowledged for its modern and diverse range of entertainment, facilities, dining, and its growing membership base of over 45,000 members.
Their recently built terrace has completely transformed the outdoor courtyard into an elegant and sophisticated alfresco
entertainment, casual dining, bar and events space unlike any other in Queensland, seeing them take out the redevelopment award.
Providing a vast array of free weekly entertainment that caters to all demographics, their regular tribute shows such as Pink & Lady Gaga and Jon Stevens continues to drive patronage and member visitation.
Additionally the clubs tremendous community support program has exceeded $1.3 million in cash and inkind donations for the 2014/15 year, with 270 additional sporting and community groups receiving significant assistance to benefit the local Caboolture community.
Clubs Queensland CEO Doug Flockhart congratulated Caboolture Sports Club on their awards success.
