Herb Awareness at Albion Peace Centre, Windsor on 31 May

We hope everyone can join us in sharing our love of herbs and all things herby. We’ve hired DJ Pete to be our MC.
One of our guest speakers will be Chef Chris Jordan from Three Little Birds to demonstrate how to make Native Mocktails using Native Ingredients.
Chris will shake up your drink-making skills with his Native Mocktail Class! He will guide us through crafting a range of alcohol-free drinks using native fruits and spices. Learn how to make an Ooray Sour, Lemon Myrtle & Lime Bitters. Gain confidence working with native flavours and learn expert mixologist techniques like making spiced syrups, shaking, emulsifying and blending.
We have the following at the event:
. Culinary, medicinal, rare herbs, butterfly friendly and indoor plants for sale.
. Visit Cafe Sage for delicious, home-made, herb inspired foods and beverages.
. Discover the age-old tradition of creating a Tussie Mussie.
. Herb display to delight the senses and learn herb identification.
. Many unique herbal products including preserves, fruit trees, coffee, teas, spices, cosmetics, arts and crafts, soaps, perfumes, bush foods, Gin, lavender, pottery, vintage clothing, fibre artists and many more other exciting market stalls.
Cafe Sage is a massive part of our event. All our members make soups, bake cakes, slices, biscuits and muffins to sell in the Cafe inspired with herbs. We have herbal sandwiches, herb punch and tea and coffee to drink.
1 DAY ONLY Sunday the 31st of May 2026 from 9am – 3pm
