DESCRIPTION:The multi-faceted Lifestyle On Water Festival being held at Pelican Park\, Clontarf at the end of April will showcase “Everything that Moreton Bay has to offer” says event  organiser Carl Richards. \nIt really is 5 events in one and visitors can expect to experience high energy Jet Ski  Racing in the National Short Course Titles as well as a Jet Ski Stunt Show. \nThe Austackle Moreton Bay Madness Family Fishing Competition\, A food & Wine Expo\, A Marine Expo and a great line-up of live music. \nThere will live music throughout the day with performances by a number of Queensland musicians including The Best of the Bee Gees band\, Dreadlock Cowboy\, Honey\, Mal Wood\, Magic Carpet Ride and The Koi Boys. Guy Sebastian will headline the Saturday nights activities with a 90 minute performance with some of his classics and new material from his upcoming album release. \nGuy is a keen fisherman and though the concept was truly fantastic\, he cant wait to dig in to some Moreton bay Bugs. \n“We are over the moon with support for this event” says Carl\, “local business and community groups have jumped on board from day one and we have received awesome corporate support from some of the country’s biggest brands. \nThey really have aligned with our vision to put together something very unique which we believe will culminate in a fantastic experience for our guests.” \nWith a food and wine expo including the festivals very own pop up seafood restaurant\, serving bucket “o” prawns\, bucket “o” bugs and freshly shucked oysters really ties in with the Moreton Bay region.  The seafood is locally caught and fresh straight from the trawler. \n“You cant do better than that at a festival” states Carl. \nLocal wine maker Sirromet has jumped in as the official wine partner of the event\, which really ties in with our local theme. \nThey are also very experienced within the events scene which works very well for us. \nWe are really excited to have celebrity seafood cooking demonstrations on the main stage. \nWe have Sally Jenyns\, Paul Burt and MKR’s Tony\, Lynn and Dave showing us some of their favourite seafood recipes. \nGuests will learn some their secrets to cooking perfect seafood which they can try out at home. Sally quotes “that this really is a worthy celebration of Moreton Bay” \nEvery visitor to the festival goes into the draw to win from the $250\,000 prize pool which includes boat packages\, travel vouchers\, electronics\, fishing tackle\, merchandise and so much more from our fantastic sponsors. \nThere will be daily competitions on the main stage and now that the entertainment is finalised\, the schedule is non-stop action.\nEarly Bird tickets for both the festival and the fishing competition.
