DESCRIPTION:The CSC Group is extremely proud to announce that they will be Platinum Sponsors in the very first Moreton Bay Red Ride. \n \nThis new annual community event will see approximately 2\,000 motorcycles riding red with the purpose of highlighting and raising funds to combat Domestic Violence. \nThis sponsorship valued at over $7000\, has been awarded through the CSC Group’s Community Chest Fund which provides cash & in-kind support to local community groups that provide significant service to the Moreton Bay region. \n“We are incredibly proud to support this deserving cause. Not only are we Platinum Sponsors for the event\, we also have staff volunteering their own time to participate in the event”\, commented Tony Clarke\, CSC Group Sports & Community Manager. \n“It’s never been more important to support local\, and the CSC Group’s Community Chest Fund aims to support community groups just like this. \n \nSince 2000 our Community Chest Fund has made over 1\,066 donations valued at over $900\,000”. \nThe ride will start from the Caboolture Showgrounds on Saturday 1st of May 2021 and will journey through the picturesque Moreton Bay region before finishing at the Woodford Showgrounds. At the completion of the ride there will a music concert and some refreshments. \nThe official launch event was held at Caboolture Sports Club on 25th of March. Attendees included Tony Latter (Councillor\, Moreton Bay Region)\, MBRIT (Moreton Bay Industry and Tourism)\, Caboolture Rotary Club\, The CSC Group\, Moreton Bay Regional Council\, Budget Direct\, R & W Caboolture\, and 101.5 FM and other sponsors… Caboolture Rotary\, the official event organisers hope that $20\,000 or more will be raised\, with proceeds\nbeing donated to Act For Kids\, Save The Children and Variety Australia. \nThe battle against Domestic Violence is one the CSC Group believe can be fought by creating more awareness and providing support to those affected. \nFor more information or to register please visit www.redride.org.
