DESCRIPTION:Monster Siege big adventure: family fun day Tuesday April 8\n \n  \nLet out your inner monster with a day full of adventure during the April school holidays at the Morayfield Sports and Events Centre. Get ready for a clash of epic proportions where kids unite in the ultimate battle of Monster Siege\, a game of imagination\, creativity\, physicality\, and strategy against their dastardly foes: the adults! \nCome and defend magical rubber ducks from an onslaught of adult ‘Slobbers’ and band together with other kids in a quest to triumph. Burst the slobbers by popping them with pool noodle arrows\, create game plays from your garrisons\, and work together to protect your precious ducks from being kidnapped. The leader of the adults\, King Slobber\, has a few tricks up his sleeve\, so you will need to work with each other and the Game Master to emerge victorious. \nSpectators have just as much fun being barrackers and cheering on the teams from the sidelines with chants\, pom-poms\, banners\, and monster face paint. Pick your favourite team and get ready to raise your voice as the battle begins. Your actions from the sidelines can influence the outcome of the game\, so get involved!\nIn addition to the battle\, there are heaps of other free activities for kids and adults. You can make a superhero mask and cosplay armour to wear and enhance your monster look with face painting. \nThere are two sessions each day to choose from. A morning session from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and an afternoon session 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. \nIn addition to the battle\, there are heaps of other free activities for kids and adults. You can: \n\nmake a unique superhero mask to wear\ncreate cosplay armour and battle gear\nenhance your monster look with face painting\ncreate some colourful pom-poms to cheer on your favourite\nhunt for artworks on the gallery wall and win a sticker prize\ndon white gloves and join our intrepid explorer to investigate museum artefacts\ndesign\, create and wear your own badge to the battle\nchallenge your parents in a robot battle using robotics and cardboard construction\ndecorate a tote bag using Posca paint pens.\n\nSchedule of events\nThere are two sessions each day to choose from.
