We have volunteers dedicated to supporting the community and worthy causes.  We are connected with local businesses that over the years\, have upheld the values of community\, friendship\, assistance to others and safety in this neighbourhood we all live in. \nOn Saturday\, December 9th starting 9:00 am\, we are having a General meeting\, after which our annual BBQ Christmas party will take place….wrapping up around noon. The main Guest Speaker will be from ‘Juvenile Justice QLD”\, Nikki Smith. Further expected guests will be: Mark Ryan MP\, CR Adam Hain\, Susan Lamb MP and representatives from local Community Police service.  All residents of the Cab 10 area and close neighbours in Caboolture South\, interested in meeting your neighbours\, enjoying these informative presentations and some Christmas ‘chat and cheer\,’ are welcome to join us at Caboolture Baptist Church Hall on the corner of Torrens Rd corner Grant Rd\, Caboolture South. \nWe are collecting non-perishable food stuffs\, new toys and hygiene items for the homeless and hungry in our own community. The charity we give all donations to is the Caboolture Community Action on Bertha Street\, Caboolture. Please come along to our Christmas party and meeting and bring a little something for those less fortunate for Christmas too. Giving is the greatest way to show your neighbour you care. \nMerry Christmas and Happy New Year from Caboolture 10 Neighbourhood Watch!!

DESCRIPTION:The Caboolture community is invited to an event that will turn the spotlight on electricity bills and help them understand how to save energy and money. \n  \nSwitch On…Caboolture is being hosted by the Queensland Council of Social Service on Monday 20th November and will let people know about rebates and other help available as well as what people can do to manage their energy use and costs.  It will also help people to understand the charges and how to read their bill. \n  \n“We know that electricity costs are a major expense for people throughout Queensland\,” said QCOSS Chief Executive Officer\, Mr Mark Henley.  “This session has been designed to help people understand their bill and where they can make savings. \n  \n“We are also keen to hear the tips that people in Caboolture have for cutting down their electricity bills”. \n  \nThere will be lucky door prizes of $50 Bunnings Vouchers. \n  \nThe event will be made up of two short information sessions at 3.30pm and 5.30pm followed by opportunities to have one-to-one conversation with QCOSS and/or Ergon staff where people can discuss their own energy use and raise any other issues. \n  \nAll members of the community are very welcome. \n  \nThis information session in Caboolture is part of a state-wide series of public events run by QCOSS which aim to provide people with information on what they can do to reduce energy and avoid bill shock. \n  \nDate:   20th November 2017 \nTime:   3pm to 7pm \nVenue: Caboolture RSL\, Hasking Street\, Caboolture \n  \nThese events are supported by the Queensland Government and Ergon Energy  \n

DESCRIPTION:4×4 Pink Run is a four wheel driving social event raising money for the National Breast Cancer foundation on October 28th 2017 \nLocated on Teewah Beach in the Cooloola Recreational Area of the Rainbow Beach Sunshine Coast. \n2014 we saw the event grow to over 400 4x4s and thousands of people all decked out in pink. \n2015 blew us all out of the water\, thousands of people\, great lay out and amazing admins\, sponsors and supporters pulled of the best 4×4 pink run yet. At the end of it all we did $30000. \n2016 and can it get any better? Well yes !
