Event Objectives

• Connect young job seekers directly with local employers
• Provide Year 11 and Year 12 students, school leavers, and young people with entry-level job opportunities
• Build confidence and job readiness in young people
• Strengthen partnerships between local businesses, schools, and community organisations

Target Audience
• Young people aged 15–24 years, including:
o Year 11 and Year 12 students
o School leavers
o Young people actively seeking employment or training
• Local employers with current or upcoming entry-level vacancies
• Schools, career advisors, and community organisations
