Lake Samsonvale Water Sports Open Day Nov 8  From 9 am to 3 pm

Join us for an Open Day packed full of fun and FREE activities.

Adults and kids can ‘try sailing’ by crewing on one of our many boats or go for a paddle with a range of watercraft. You can also challenge yourself with radio-controlled yachting. Our experienced club members will be utilising a variety of vessels suitable for each participant on the day.

There’s fun for the whole family when you participate in our Amazing Race. Each team completes several fun challenges which puts them into the draw to win a year’s club membership or other prizes*.

Paul Rowell, our commodore, will be firing up the BBQ for a FREE sausage sizzle and loves to chat, so you can ask him anything about the club. A selection of cold drinks, coffee and tea will also be available to purchase. Please cater for yourself beyond this.

Don’t miss this great opportunity to ‘try sailing’ or just come for a pleasant day out around the lake and learn all about Lake Samsonvale Water Sports Association.

The LSWSA is a welcoming club with gated access to Lake Samsonvale for on the water activities for dinghy and catamaran sailing, kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, SUP, windsurfer and radio-controlled yachts.

The club is sited on picturesque acreage surrounded by spectacular mountain views, lush bushland and large grassed and shaded areas for walks, bird watching, picnics and barbeques.

Bring your sense of adventure, your swimmers and a towel, spray jacket and life jackets if you have them. We will have some life jackets to use on the day.
