Hot Inspirations Farmers’ Cabaret returns to the Bay, The Deception Bay Club Saturday 9 November from 5:30 pm

Rana Jewell and her singing, dancing partner, Joy Darmody who together are Hot Inspirations are teaming up again for a show that will help our farmers.
They have been invited back to The Deception Bay Club, to entertain you with an encore of their fabulous show.
These talented women regale their audiences with expertise from classical opera to vaudeville and a little burlesque thrown in for good measure.
You’ll split your sides laughing and be totally captivated by their refusal to take themselves seriously and act their ages.
$5 from each ticket plus all raffle proceeds are donated to the Qld Country Women’s Association (QCWA) Rural Crisis Fund which assists farmers and their families with household support in every part of Queensland.
Jewell says: “We love to support community clubs; many smaller ones are struggling or closing down.
Deception Bay Club is totally run by volunteers.”
Where asked where the idea for Hot Inspirations came from, Jewell said: “In her 40s Joy was watching daytime TV and saw some older women in the US dressing up and raising money for charity and promised herself that she would do that when she got older.
We teamed up after she spotted me doing an Egyptian belly dance in July 2012 and we’ve been performing together ever since.”
