One of our much loved Beachmere artists passed away recently leaving quite a lot of artwork.

BANG has organised a “pop up” Art Exhibition which we are calling a Retrospective of Liz Heber.

Local Beachmere artist, Elizabeth Heber, was a prolific artist in watercolour, acrylic, mixed media, silk painting and pottery.

She held solo Exhibitions in London, the US and in Europe as well as across South East Queensland.

Elizabeth initiated and supported various scholarships and held many positions in Zonta, raising over $130,000 for their International Programs.

A Retrospective of the life of Elizabeth Heber will be held at the Beachmere Hub, Main St, Beachmere on Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 March between 10am and 4pm.
