25th Anniversary of Caboolture 10 Neighbourhood Watch on the 2 July 17 at Dickson Park Morayfield

The aim is to celebrate Cab10 NHW 25th Birthday Anniversary, our milestone, with the community we serve and the businesses and organisations that support us.
On this special occasion, we would like to bring together our residents, local businesses, police, emergency services, local, state and federal government representatives and others that have an interest in safe, happy and well-connected communities, to join us in the celebrations.
This will be a great opportunity for residents to have a Sausage Sizzler and meet and chat with other residents and guests in attendance.
There will be free information about services available in our area and a variety of activities and entertainment for young and old.
The event will start at 10:00 am with a ‘Welcome to Country’ ceremony/story presented by Christine Stuart, from the Gubbi Gubbi Indigenous Community. Our very special guest, NHWQ Mascot Seymour will be present along with police officers, police dog squad, police motorbike, maybe a surprise or two, Crime Stoppers and Fire Brigade unit.
On stage, there will be entertainment by Wayne Holly Country Cabaret. It is also expected that several other local groups, services and activities may join us for the celebrations.
At 12 Noon, the ‘Vixens of Fall’, Kristina, Adrienne and Anneliesse, three sisters, local band singers, will entertain us with a few of their best songs. This will be followed by several guest speakers and Cab10 NHW 25th Birthday Anniversary cake will be cut and shared.
In attendance, it is expected to be the Qld Minister for Police/Member for Morayfield, Mark Ryan MP; Police Commissioner, Ian Stewart; Inspector Les Bulluss; Inspector Lee Jeffries; Federal Member for Longman, Susan Lamb MP; Cr. Adam Hain, Div3, MBRC; NHWQ State Coordinator, A/SSgt Dave Sheedy; Representatives from Moreton District NHW Groups and more…
Our aim is to bring the community together, so come and celebrate with us this special milestone, the 25th Birthday of Caboolture 10 Neighbourhood Watch.

Event Program
10:00 am -10:30 am Opening ceremony, ‘Welcome to Country’, (By Christine Stuart, Gubbi Gubbi).
10:30 am – 2:00 pm On stage performance by Wayne Holly, Country Cabaret, Rock’n’Roll Entertainer.
10:30 am – 2:00 pm Displays, children entertainment, information, free gifts.
11:00 am – 2:00 pmSausage sizzler, soft drinks, water.
12 Noon – 2:00 pm Musicians ‘Vixen of Fall’, Guest Speakers, presentations, birthday cake and more. (MC for the event Cr. Adam Hain)
2:00 pm Event Closure.
Activities

Kids face painting, colouring in and other activities.
