Once again today is Community Day for the Newly opened Burpengary East Shopping Centre and centre of today’s activities are chats on 1015 FM as to who they are and what they do. Along with lots of activities for kids and families visiting Burpengary East shopping center.
In this AudioCast 1015fm’s Hannah chats with Josh Lancini now the Centre Manager of Burpengary East Shopping Centre, from The Lancini Property Group that built Burpengary East Shopping Centre and and is tremendously proud of being a part of getting Burpengary from an idea to being fully opened and is excited of today’s Community day designed for locals to meet the people who make up the shopping experience at Burpengary East Shopping Centre.
Josh Lancici started in north Queensland some 40 years ago, and the family business is now developing in South East Queensland in a big way. The Lancini Property Group Builds, develops manages and owns Shopping Centres across South East Queensland with a focus in neighbourhood shopping centres.
The Burpengary East Site was acquired back in 2020 during Covid times, with a lengthy development application process to get the DA in approval, then detailed design with incredible consultant team 18 months ago construction began to eventuate with the Community Day today.

Josh Lancini started as a civil engineer in Townsville, working on roads and highways as well as bridges projects. 3 and a half years ago came to south east Queensland in Brisbane joined the family business got involved in construction and development space and moved on to leasing and tenancy coordination and many other things.
