Woodford Street Carnival & Lantern Parade – Nov 29

This year’s Woodford Street Carnival & Lantern Parade is called ‘Let Woodford Shine’ 3pm to 9pm.

We have streetlight projection onto buildings, tree canopies etc & the lantern parade which starts at 7.15pm will be bright with a new large feature lantern starting the parade.

We have an amazing line up of local & community school with Woodford State School, Mt Mee State School, Delaney Creek State School, Peachester State School & Tullawong State School. These schools will all be performing in the Woodford Memorial Hall.

And lots of roving street entertainment – Morris Dancers, stilt walkers, Sunshine Coast Show Choir, The Ramblin Rovers, Martial Arts displays, Miss Bubbles, Irish Dancers, Line Dancers……….phew I am excited just listing them all.

PLUS…….WOW we have 9 brilliant buskers & are they talented!!
