Moreton Bay residents could be in for a wet but mild Christmas Day
Moreton Bay Region residents should pack an umbrella and have a wet weather plan up their sleeves for Christmas Day with showers predicted across the region.
Bureau of Meteorology forecaster Adam Woods said Redcliffe Peninsula, Pine Rivers and Caboolture suburbs could get a bit wet on Friday.
Showers are predicted to affect the region from today to Sunday.
Mr Woods said a south-easterly wind was pushing the rain across the coast line.
“An umbrella might be useful on Christmas Day,” Mr Woods said.
“We will get a clearer picture of what is expected in the next few days though.”
